8. RESERVATION CONDITIONS THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT

The term reservation by online payment means that you have paid an advance for the reservation of 30% of the rental of the chosen motorhome through the payment gateway installed on our website. If you have made this payment as a reservation, the Reservation Confirmation by Online Payment is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"). If you do not agree with these Conditions, you can cancel your reservation in accordance with the provisions of section 9.3 that you will find below. In this case, you can freely make another reservation online and make the payment at the rental office according to the applicable rate.

8.1-When the vehicle is collected, the lessee (the person who signs the Rental Agreement - regardless of whether they appear as the driver of the rented vehicle -) will be requested as a vehicle deposit, a payment card from which is the owner, and it may be different from the one with which the reservation was paid, in order to make the charge indicated in the rental conditions as a deposit. In the event that the reservation had been made and paid for by a third party, other than the tenant (understood as the person who signs the Rental Agreement and is the owner of the credit card provided as guarantee), and said third party subsequently rejects the charge made by Rent For Live as a rental reservation, Rent For Live may demand directly from the lessee (and jointly and severally from the authorized drivers that appear in the Rental Contract), the payment of said amount.

8.2– You can modify your reservation free of charge by contacting the RENTAL CENTER or our Customer Service. The modification of the reservation may affect the rental rates.

8.3– You may cancel your reservation by contacting the RENTAL CENTER or our Customer Service. In case of canceling the reservation on the advance, the following penalties will be applied according to the anticipation with which the cancellation is communicated:

If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental ... 50%
If it is communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental ………. 80%
If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental…. 100%
In the case of having applied the Advance Booking promotion, where the full rental payment is made as a reservation, the penalties will be applied to the total rent.
You have at your disposal an Optional Agreement for the Cancellation of the Reservation of the Motorhome that would cover this assumption in the event of any of the above causes.
The refund of the amount equivalent to the advance minus the corresponding penalty will be made on the same card with which the payment was made.

8.4– In the event that the tenant, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends early, he will not be entitled to any refund.

8.5– The client will not proceed to demand any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle could not be delivered on the agreed day.

8.6– If the client wants to extend the lease of the vehicle over the established dates, he must notify the RENTAL CENTER 3 days before the end of the contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availability that the lessor has at that time, therefore the latter does not assume any prior commitment.

8.7– All rentals will be subject to the standard general conditions of the Rent For Live rental contract that is in force at the time and place of the rental. The minimum ages of the drivers, as well as the prerequisites required to drive a Rent For Live vehicle, may vary depending on the category to which the vehicle belongs. 8.8– The Rental Center reserves the right to modify the reserved vehicle on the same day of delivery for another of the same category and / or seats or for another of a higher category.

8.9– The rental days are calculated for periods of 24 hours from the date of the vehicle's collection. Charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned on the agreed date. Unauthorized delays in delivery or due to force majeure will be penalized with a daily rate triple the amount applied in the contract.

8.10- All tenants are informed that all information is provided voluntarily in order to provide the vehicle rental service and will be stored in a computerized database to which all drivers will have access at any time to review and modify your personal data upon request to Rent For Live.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1.- Clients are allowed to cancel a reservation by contacting the Rental Center.
