Rent For Life Motorhome Rental

The signing of the rental reservation implies the acceptance of each and every one of the following conditions

The signing of the rental reservation implies the acceptance of each and every one of the following conditions

1st) The minimum rental in Promo / Low Season is 3 nights, (on long weekends and local festivals the minimum number of days varies depending on the holiday)

3-night rentals have a mileage limited to 800km, exceeded kilometers will be charged at € 0.30 / km.

Rentals of more than 3 nights will have mileage limited to 200km / day.

In Mid Season the minimum is 3 nights.

In High Season, the minimum rental is 7 nights, (except at Easter and other availability of the center, in this case, consult)

2nd) The conditions of the driver are: age not less than 26 years and driving license (B1) with a minimum of two years old and in force throughout the duration of the rental contract.

3rd) The delivery and return of the vehicle will take place at the Caravanas Rent For Live facilities, on days and hours open to the public, in principle and always subject to the availability of the center. Deliveries and returns will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

The collection and return at the Valencia Airport, Port, Train Station or Bus Station will be subject to the availability of the rental center and will entail a charge of € 60.

4th) The rental contract runs from 12:00 on the day of departure until the return time on the day of arrival depending on the season *. Delays in the return may allow an additional day to be invoiced, without prejudice to the fact that, in case of availability, the company has flexibility in deliveries and collections. Unauthorized daily delays in delivery or due to force majeure will be penalized with a daily rate triple the amount applied in the contract.

* Delivery / debolution schedule

The delivery time of the motorhome is from 09:00 to 10:00 on the day of the reservation.

The return time is until 18:00 in the morning of the day the reservation ends.

- Possibility of contracting Extra Timetables for Deliveries / Returns (to be contracted in your reservation request, depending on availability and the amount of which will be added to the rental amount):

"Extra pick up mornings 10:30 am": Cost according to season

"Extra return afternoons until 6:30 pm": Cost according to season

Excluded from the extension of pick-up and drop-off times are Monday mornings or return days from holidays and Friday afternoons or days before holidays.

5th) [ONLY WEB] The reservation of a vehicle includes the payment of 30% of the total rental as a down payment. In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will apply to the advance:

- If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental ... 50%

- If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental ………. 80%

- If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental…. 100%

*** In the case of having applied the Advance Booking promotion, where the full payment of the rent is made as a reservation, the penalties will be applied to the total rent.

6th) The total amount of the rent must be paid before departure, by transfer. Likewise, a deposit will be deposited to guarantee the proper use and correct return of the vehicle, for an amount of € 1000 in the case of Rent For Live motorhomes, by means of a credit or debit bank card (American Express is NOT allowed) whose holder must be present at the signing of the contract.

The holder of the rental contract and the holder of the bank card must also be present to sign the document, in which the following documents (all of them in force) will be provided:

Driver's license of the contract holder (Optional for other occupants of the vehicle).

ID of all persons of legal age traveling in the motorhome.

Credit or debit card to deposit the corresponding deposit.

7th) The client will not proceed to demand any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle could not be delivered on the agreed day. The Rental Center reserves the right to modify the reserved vehicle on the same day of delivery for another of the same category and / or seats or for another of a higher category.

8th) In the event that the tenant, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends early, he will not be entitled to any refund.

9th) It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morals, laws and good customs. It is expressly forbidden to transport more number of people than allowed by law, carry out races, transport goods or objects, whether or not they are allowed by our legislation, assign their use for onerous or lucrative title, as well as cover or remove the anagrams of the society.

10th) The user is liable for any sanction or fine imposed on him for contravening the current provisions, reaching the same responsibility in the event that the vehicle was retained or seized due to his fault, also running, with the expenses and loss of profit of the lessor for the duration of the unavailability of the vehicle, applying for each day that was retained or seized the amount per day, according to the model and current rates of the rental price of the vehicle.

11th) In case of stoppage of the vehicle for a cause solely and exclusively attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the damages derived from said stoppage.

12th) Any accident, collision or damage that affects the vehicle, regardless of importance, will be communicated by the user to the lessor within the ten hours following when it occurred, under penalty of being to what the insurance company resolves , reaching its responsibility to the damages that the lessor may suffer.

13) In the event of a breakdown whose repair does not exceed 60 Euros, the client may directly carry it out without the prior authorization of the lessor, the amount being reimbursed upon presentation of the official invoice. For breakdowns of more than 60 Euros, you must request authorization from the technical service of the RENTAL CENTER, and the amount will also be reimbursed upon presentation of the official invoice. 14th) The rented vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions and with the toilet and wastewater tanks properly emptied.

Pets are not allowed.

Otherwise, the user accepts the payment of the fixed amount of € 100 additional for each concept that is applicable (cleaning € 100 / emptying wastewater € 100 / removal of animal hair € 100). The fact of filling the drinking water tank with fuel will imply a penalty of € 1000.

The lessee receives the vehicle with a full fuel tank and undertakes to return it in the same condition. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of fuel plus a processing fee of 15 euros, which may be charged to the guarantee deposit.

Tire breakage and / or tire puncture is always the responsibility of the lessee.

15th) If the client wants to extend the lease of the vehicle over the established dates, he must notify the RENTAL CENTER 3 days before the end of the contract. The eventual confirmation of the extension will be subject to the availability that the lessor has at that time, therefore the latter does not assume any prior commitment. Unauthorized delays in delivery or due to force majeure will be penalized with a daily rate triple the amount applied in the contract.

16th) The vehicle that is the object of this contract is insured according to the law, with a deposit of 900 Euros in the case of Rent For Live motorhomes, therefore, if there is any loss during the term of the lease, the client will bear said amount, which you authorize from now on, can be compensated, if applicable, with the posted bond. Civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not contemplated as included in the policy will be the sole responsibility of the client.

17th) The deposit will be returned after the vehicle has been examined by the technical service, which, in the event of damage due to misuse, will determine, by means of a detailed note, the amount that the client must pay, authorizing the client to compensate said amount with the deposit deposited. If it is not possible to assess the damage immediately, the lessor will have 30 days to return, if applicable, the amount of the remaining deposit, after deducting the cost of repairing the damage or damage caused. In the event that the invoice is pending closing and consequently the payment of the amount resulting from the use of the leased vehicle, penalties or other concepts, the client authorizes to offset said amount in the "charge" of the corresponding signed bank card to the effect.

Special rental conditions Premium RentForLive

1st) The accessories that are included free of charge in the Premium rental service must be returned in good condition: bedding, bathrobes, towels, kitchen accessories (plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc.). * DURING THE VALIDITY OF THE ANTI-COVID MEASURES, THE INCLUSION OF THESE ELEMENTS IN THE RENTAL SERVICE IS SUSPENDED.

2nd) The vehicle that is the object of this contract is insured according to the law. The client must deposit a deposit of 900 Euros, therefore, if a loss occurs during the term of the lease, the client will bear said amount, which from now on authorizes can be compensated if applicable with the deposit established. Administrative, civil or criminal responsibilities arising from events or circumstances not contemplated as included in the policy will be the sole responsibility of the client.

3rd) The special conditions of the Premium rental do not replace the General Conditions of the rental contract, so that for what is not provided in points 1 and 2 of these special conditions, those provided in the General Conditions will govern.
